EQS-PVR: RENK Group AG: Release according to Article 40, Section 1 of the WpHG [the German Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide distribution

KNDS N.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands informed us on August 18, 2025 pursuant to Art. 43(1) WpHG thereby making reference to the exceedance of the threshold of 10% or a higher threshold from July 25, 2025 , as follows:
1. Objectives pursued with the acquisition:
(a) The acquisition of voting rights in RENK Group AG serves to implement strategic objectives.
(b) KNDS N.V. currently has no specific intention to acquire further voting rights through acquisition or other means in the next twelve months.
However, the acquisition of further voting rights is not ruled out.
(c) KNDS N.V. aims to continue to be represented by one member on the Supervisory Board of RENK Group AG in the future. KNDS N.V. does not currently seek to exert any further influence on the composition of the administrative, management, and supervisory bodies of RENK Group AG.
(d) KNDS N.V. does not currently seek any significant change in the capital structure of the company, in particular with regard to the ratio of equity and debt financing and the dividend policy.

2. Origin of the funds used for the acquisition:
The funds used for the acquisition of voting rights in RENK Group AG are own funds.
